I just finished listening to Joe Banisters CD and the CD from Peymon Mottahedeh, Plus read the entire Freedom Catalog. I highly recommend these CD’s and the Freedom Catalog, to every man or woman with a brain because what stores of information held within them are the TRUTH, as for me and my house we will from this day forward join the ranks of freedom loving folks that are Non-Filers, since I know that it is my choice not, the IRS’s choice to file and since I know that the 16th amendment was only a Bill to which was never ratified by a unanamouse vote of the states, since there is no LAW requiring me to file federal income tax, I will become a non-filer. Otherwise, if the IRS disputes my choice, I formally challenge them to “SHOW ME THE FEDERAL INCOME TAX LAW!” End Quote!
From this day forward, I flatly refuse to “Voluntarily,” ever file Federal Income tax again, as long as I live!
The IRS doesn’t have a LAW to back upthe illegal Codes, to which they make the basis for their actions upon the American people with.
In other words, the IRS without a LAW, using IRS Codes against the American People after they Voluntarily give up their assets and personal information, are a FRAUD against the American people!

They have taxed everybody to give 850 BILLION away to the theives on Wall Street who CAUSED the crash in the first place! Instead of George W. Bush sending the FBI up to New York to arrest them, the very people he let get by with doing it, they go party with our billions. Once a country has a “president” evil enough to order the torture of innocent people, that country and its people will go down the drain. We are NOW going down the drain, and it will all fall down. There won’t be anything to collect after this is over. The IRS will have nothing to work with soon anyway. Entire lifetimes of savings have been lost.
I am a 64 year old New York State resident, I’ve always thought there was an underlying element in our affairs(every day life).Just with the disparity between the rich and poor. It just confirm my intuition in which we all have.
IRS without backing of law? It matters not. The government is rife with unconstitutional actions not ratified by law, yet we are forced to comply or be imprisoned and assets forfeited. Law or not we cannot buck the system until we thyrow out our unconstitutional congessmen (both houses) and elect people who (will) uphold the constitution.
If you chose not to file you cannot get in the government line and beg for a handout. You must support yourself completely and not enter into any commercial contract with the federal corporation. And to recover your property from the corporation you cancel all contract and lien the strawman.

I dont see any info on the constitution class… I am interested but there is nothing I can find on this site, other than how to sign up and pay for it. Someone please advise…
Not so fast, there is a legal and binding “Income Tax” law. It may or may not be applicable to you depending on you working for the government or the private sector. However; if anyone files a W2 or 1099 stating that you have “Income”, you better file and let the IRS know that either it is true or that it is “Bad Payer Data” and therefore false. If you don’t then the IRS will assume the W2 and/or 1099 is correct and they will act accordingly.
If you are summonsed to court and do not answer the summons, will not the judge assume you are guilty and act accordingly?
I have found that the constitution was written as a limit on government and that the people retained all other rights. The constitution does not give us rights but it is designed to keep the govt. from taking away our rights.
Good afternoon. I read “Cracking the Code” by Peter Erik Hendrickson (website http://www.losthorizons.com) and I believe he found the real application for the income tax: people who have the privilege of working in a government function. I strongly suggest your group looks at this. So far, people have provided Mr. Hendrickson with $9,7M of hard evidence of IRS refunds. He rebuked several attacks by the IRS and the DOJ to silence him.

THE IRS IS GOING TO DESTROY THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY, WITH THIER LIES. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED BY LETTING THE WHOLE NATION KNOW THAT THEY ARE UNLAWFULLY BREAKING THE GIVEN RIGHT TO THE PEOPLE BY THE CONSTITUTION AND THAT THE INCOME TAX IS ILEGAL. I haven’t seen this latest CD or series, but I have seen the Aaron Russo video, “Freedom To Fascism”, which talks about the same issues. Bottom line, the Federal Reserve and the IRS have undermined our constitutional system in an unprecedented way, which can only serve to destroy what’s left of our economy and our personal constitutional rights. All of this while our government stands idly by, pretending that they will fix it all. I think the first thing for people to come to grips with is, the Fed is NOT part of the government, but a private banking consortium of rich banking families, and the IRS is their collection agency to suck out money to pay INTEREST on the national debt (to the FED), end of story. Your illegally collected income taxes do NOT build highways or schools or hospitals, or ANYTHING. They do one thing, and one thing ONLY — pay interest to the FED. This is a disgusting TRUTH which needs to be more widely disseminated to the public as the greatest HOAX ever perpetrated on the American public!
As for the new Administration’s trillion-dollar “stimulus” package, that’s all fake money, printed with no backing of gold or anything else, just the paper it’s printed on, and will only stave off the ultimate collapse of the American economy for a brief time, unless by some miracle, cooler heads prevail. Until and unless there are real assets like gold and silver to back our currency, we will cease to be a major economic force on the planet. The U.S. government has been playing Monopoly for too long, now the game box is devoid of money, and even Parker Brothers doesn’t include a printing press with their game, otherwise, no one would ever win! Get the picture?
I remember a neighbor from years ago that belonged to a group that did not pay income tax. They took it all the way to the Fed. supreme court and lost big time. I think the group was called the Keystones. Please let me know how this is any different. My neighbor ended up having to sell his new boat and take out a loan to pay his back taxes.
I strongly agree with Louis and Dennis Banks. If the person you work for or your bank (or anybody) reports to the IRS that you were paid $xxxxx.xx in “INCOME” then their witness is presumed to be the truth unless it is disputed by you. Your silence is acquiescence. Your “lawful” recourse is to use the 1040 and 4852 to disavow their testimony and set the record straight. If your boss has also deducted FICA or Medicare (more income taxes)… and if you do not file a 1040 and 4852… then you forfeit all tax money (your property) that was unlawfully stolen from you and the IRS still wins. How do you get your property back if you do not file? The 1040 is the only lawful method of recovering your property. Don’t Feed the BEAST that bites you. Let it starve to death… Get your property back!

I have fought the I.R.S. for ten years and now face paying over $125,000.00 dollars or go to JAIL..Don’t belive me, go to http://www.warddeanmd.com and read what they did to him in Pensacola Florida..He did everything the way it was suppose to be done over several months and after meeting the I.R.S. for a C.D.P. meeting they AMBUSHED him and his wife with overwelhemimg firepower just blocks from the federal building and now he sits in PRISON serving an 88 month term at a Federal incarceration camp !!!!!.. When you go before Judges now they don’t let you say hardly anything in your defence..And if you mention the CONSTITION you will be either over ruled ,or told to sit down.. I have talked to one person who will remain unmentioned ,at a freedom conference on this stuff and he admitted to me that HE had filed and was continuing to file his TAX RETURNS..I am not trying to put you in a state of depression here but one certain talk show host on radio that can be heard every day from GEORGIA said one time that the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT was the only entity that could MURDER YOU and get by with it. This is something that everyone, I mean EVERYONE, should be taught as soon as they are capable of understanding it, for FREE. I do applaud these gentlemen for putting together the information but really gentlemen, charging $70.00 for something you should be proud to SHARE with every last American? I suppose nothing is more important to you than the all mighty dollar. (the very reason you are presenting this information in the first place) This is why this country suffers as it does. How about the pictures above with their “KOOL-AID” smiles. Laughing all the way to the bank? Food for thought. Perhaps you should take some lessons yourselves from a man named Jacque Fresco. Please excuse my spelling. I was only good enough to serve overseas when drafted in wartime but not good enough to live in freedom from the zionanazi US government. AIPAC and israel will bring the USA all the way down as soon as they no longer need the US government and its congress.
You put forth a message of change and volunteerism, yet you seem to only ask for that same devalued dollar for the information needed to instigate change. How is one without funds to share the message? Sounds like Praise the Lord and Send Me The MONEY! Granted fund raising is an important part of any campaign. Providing those willing to Help with the tools needed to educate and inform our friends and neighbors is needed. Maybe I am missing the point. Personally I think you should put a package together to educate our local community, and after viewing be given the oppurtunity to donate.(volunteering or donating) The message sells itself, Why not Share? Is it for the cause or the money?
