for the $80, i get a morning feed free over your freedom.tv?
but in order to get the entire 12 presenters from the total of the conference, do you send them via DVD or CD, or do i just watch them here at home on the same freedom.tv?

    thx,
    bruce

  2. Michael Blanshan on January 23rd, 2009 10:59 am

I have a question about the conference. I cannot attend. I see that the online version is available for $80. Is that in real time, or does one receive mp3s or another downloadable or mailable recorded format?

As for buying each presentation separately for $9.97, how does one receive that? Again, is it mp3 or another downloadable / mailable format?

If I can call and speak with someone, please let me know. I look forward to your reply. Thank you for your wonderful service to our country.

    Best regards,

    Michael Blanshan

I wish there were something similar to this for Canada. I am aware that our laws are different, and I believe we’re stuck with the rapacious Federal Income Tax Dept.
If anyone knows more, please contact.

Thank you for this information and for fighting the battles for freedom. Can we purchase videos and/or CD’s of these classes at other times, particularly if we’re unable to attend the seminars at the times held or like me, we’re unemployed at short on funds at the moment??

    Thank you,
    Jeanetta: Wright-EL

  6. secretagentman on January 24th, 2009 12:44 pm

Is there any chat related to this? I want to say also that if you can focus on the presentation screen instead of the speaker/screen it’ll help us a lot to be able to read.
Also, do we get a recording of this if we attend online or is that going to be sold later? For what it’s worth if I can get a recording it’ll probably give me a lot more info than what I can see and hear on the web.

Now if I can only get by this captcha crap thingy. &$#%^$%#&^&!!!

  7. secretagentman on January 24th, 2009 12:55 pm

Well, I can’t hear him over the humming so I guess I’ll check out the DVD later.

  8. Pete Creelman on January 24th, 2009 2:34 pm

Who is presenting this afternoon for the tax workshop? And what topics are
they planning to cover? I couldn’t find this anywhere on this web site page.

  9. Kenada on January 24th, 2009 5:05 pm

All videos are streamed from the web site, these are not DVDs and they can not be seen on freedom.tv

Once you are signed up paid up and logged in. It should take you to the members area, on the left side of the screen you should see a link to your product. Click that link and it will take you to that products protected area. Enjoy the videos from there.

Are you interested in receiving these videos on DVD?
If so look for a new post here on that topic, then make your coments tell us what you want.

As for pricing, all prices are set by the owners of the product. We here at iscribers.com do not set prices in anyway. Thank you.

  10. Nicholas on January 24th, 2009 5:14 pm

I love the idea that you are trying to inform and gather more to the cuase, but when you charge 80$ for the information, i mean i have no job currently so no money. I mean why couldnt you make the dvd like 5 10 bucks.

I just dont understand why we have to pay for this information. I mean a simple small contribution to the cause should be all it takes.

I see it as a money game, you want a piece of paper that is not worth anything, for information. I am sorry if i come off angry or whatever but i thought thats what you were trying to help is the people.

  11. Joyce Wright on January 25th, 2009 4:06 am

Yes, I think many people would be interested in purchasing the DVD’s. Thousands of people are out of work and/or were unable to attend the conference. I’ll be awaiting any information you can provide on availability and pricing.

    Thank you,
    Joyce Wright

I would of loved to attended this seminar…The sad part is that half of the Americans are broke. It would be nice as what one of the people had mentioned if they would broadcast later in Republican Magazine of a DVD purchase for this at a reasonable price. I for one have been fighting the IRS for years (1994) and people if you are going to take this stand you have to go to the end. It’s actually a little easier if you are self employed. The only thing is, you cannot own property of any sorts and if you do you must put all of your property and assets into a trust where you show you own nothing. When I purchased my home a few years back they attached a NOTICE OF LIEN which was never granted or gone through the courts of my state for them to do this, but Hey thier the IRS they can do whatever they want and they did. So when I went to refinance out of this ARMS, the stipulation was that I had to pay off the Notice of Lien to the IRS. I would of lost my home if I did not cause I was up to $2,000.00 on my mortgage payments. They got their’s thru my property…..even tho I had a case against them from doing this in District court. I’ve built my case up for years and generated letters to each of their computer generated letters. They ignore it. So now that the prices of property has gone down terribly, I’m mortgaged over 75,000 what my property is worth, and trying to rent out a room to help in paying for a $1,550.00 mortgage. No wonder the majority of the Americans are bailing out of their homes. The homes are no longer worth anything. If I wanted to, I can go out and buy a home for half of what mine is worth and it’s brand new. My home is an older home, 29 yrs. to be exact. This country needs a rude awakening, but they keep sugar coating it all over an over again like there’s nothing wrong thru there stimulus packages which just keeps putting a mere strain on all of us. Who do you think is paying for all these bailouts…THe average American tax payer. Untill we take the necessary steps and stand up for what is the Truth nothing will ever change. We must come together as ONE, UNITED ON THIS and stand our ground and change this evil, corruptive system. Purchase what you can of this magazine which I have been doing even tho I am in debt up to my ears, and pass this mag. out to get the people educated on the TRUTH. Thank you Republican Mag. for generating the best basis of TRUTH I have ever come across in years…..GODSPEED

Thanks for your comments. The workshop is now fully online and in video format. There are 17, 20-30 minute segments that cover the entire event including a downloadable version of Tom Cryer’s “Notorious Notebook”!

Since others paid well over $80 to attent the live event if you consider travel, food and lodging, this is a great opportunity because you can watch the videos again and again, plus on your own schedule!

The reason why we are offering this video replay is to help fund the organizations that are fighting to secure your and my freedoms. I hope that you will consider helping support these folks and get the truth from these credible sources rather than the “bunk” that is circulation on the internet. When you watch through till the end, you’ll understand that I mean. Thanks to all that are supporting our efforts.

  15. Joy on February 4th, 2009 9:48 pm

Damn! Why is everything online video? NOT EVERYONE HAS BROADBAND! Signing up for a video replay is a total waste of money for me, and probably a whole lot of other people. Will this be available on DVD? If so, when, and if not, why not?

Tom Cryer is a hero! I am 32 years old and have never filed a 1040. So we are talking 14-15 years Ive been employed and never filed a return. Why am I not in jail? I studied Irwin Schiff’s books when I was a teenager and made an educated decision not to file. Wake up Gregory!

  21. Tom on February 12th, 2009 5:33 pm

If you have a plan to get rid of the IRS corruption, why don’t you just post your plan here on this website for all of us to read for free? Why would you charge any one to see your plan? And why does your workshop cost eighty dollars to view?

  22. Rietta on February 13th, 2009 1:00 pm

I agree with Tom. Why do you charge to show your plan against IRS corruption? If it is to expose the IRS to get them to change or back off the American people. Just put the knowledge out there. It will be more effective if all know about it. Or are you doing like the cancer society or any other profit making society. They will never tell you the cure if they did it would put them out of business. If we expose the IRS and put them out of business it would profit all America. Just the blessing alone from God for helping his people would be overwhelming. Far more profitable than trying to sell the idea of a corruption taking place. People would have to wonder if what you are selling is true. Then why hasn’t anything been done to fix the problem. If it’s that overwhelming we should act by giving the knowledge all to cause an effect that will make a difference. Not just one case at a time.

  23. Dana Buinicki on February 15th, 2009 2:06 am

You know, I’ve paid for the magazine subscription to RTR, donated to the WTP foundation, and given to countless other like-minded organizations freely and unconditionally, for ONE reason………to see our society return to a state of prosperity and freedom for all. It is because of this, that I too, must voice my opposition to the $80 fee. To spread the message, inform the public, and finally dethrone the IRS and its ugly father the FED, is our primary purpose. None other. Think of the money that will return to the pockets of hard working citizens, as a result of sharing information freely, to achieve a common goal.
This is our purpose, none other. My concious won’t let me SPEND $80, on truth. There is something somehow inherently deceptive about that. Good luck, Mr, Cryer.
Acta non Verba, and Sincerely in Freedom,
    Dana Buinicki

  25. Mike Schroeder on February 18th, 2009 6:56 am

I sympathize with both sides of this argument. On the one hand, those that oppose paying for the seminar, because it smacks of profiteering off the misfortune of others, and should be offered at no charge–especially in times like these, where many folks are struggling to make ends meet, certainly make a valid point.

On the other hand FLS has expenses which someone must cover. Should some be allowed, because they are less able to pay than others, to partake of the goods at the expense of others? Should this be a “from each according to his ability; to each according to his needs” kind of system? That sounds like communism to me. Isn’t that the thing we are fighting against?

Obviously, we are on the horns of a dilemma here. As a remedy, may I suggest a voluntary, free will offering system? I’m a church pastor, and that’s the way I do it. I don’t charge anybody at the door (or even pass a collection plate), but I am the one in the congregation who has given up making a secular living to organize and prepare, and to “labor in the word and in doctrine”; and “the laborer is worthy of his hire.” The folks, like Tommy and Peymon, who have forgone making a living in their secular law practices to do all this are certainly worthy of theirs.

I would also like to suggest that the “insurance” program, which requires a rather large one time sum, be broken down into monthly payments, so that more people are able to participate.

As Thomas Jefferson put it if we give our money system to the central bank our kids will wake up homeless. I am now homeless and have no money. I want to do something (petition) or what ever it takes to get the truth out. 63 million americans not filling is a lot of people the way I figure if our population is 300 million and a percentage of that is kids that are not able to file and then seniors wow thats a big percentage of the population.

After making a comment when the seminar first came out and then reading on some new advices and other people’s comments, I can agree with Mike, Dana Reita and Tom on these charges. I do agree that some people are successful dealing with the IRS but here Mr. Cryer is an attorney which he’s obtained a Law degree thru the knowledge of education. Allot of us are not licensed attorneys nor have the knowledge of studying such laws of the united States. I’ve obtained mine by being married to a man who was very highly knowledgable and educated himself in the truth of LAW. He had a passion for it like I have known no other. But even tho he told me things & tried to educate me, I could not obtain it as fast as he did. We are all gifted with some form of talents, and believe you me mine was not that. Unfortunatley the Attorneys are a part of there own brotherhood which happens to be A PART OF THE SYSTEM of CORRUPTIVNESS. It’s all federal no matter which way you look at it.. Attorneys do not have a fudiciary responsibility to the client, but only to uphold & defend the courts when they were sworn in. It’s a no brainer. Why do we have to pay for something that has already been written by our forefathers of what is OUR protections. We should not have to fight for & pay into what has already been set out for every American who was born in this country. It his his/her birthright. I have been paying out left and right to people who had attainable knowledge about the IRS and still it does not matter. Yes. Irwin Schiff was the first one I met nad bought material from.So why is he in Jail again. We should not take this from the courts, He should be freed at once. You see , YOU are the corperate structure of this country and everyone has to pay into the corperate structure that we were dubbed into believing that we were a free country and had Constitutional rights. Income is and was defined by the Supreme courts as a Corperate profit tax. When the US changed the venue of all the states on the mailings as federal like Pennsylvania use to be Penna, (upper & lower case) & is now P.A., (all upper case) California use to be Calif and so it goes on to the same as your name which is all upper case now which at one time you could do it all in upper and lower case. Now, everything is automated to do all upper case which made you the coperate entity which made us all enslaved by the taxing of the Federal Income Tax…..It is an absolute constant battle and I am getting old and tired even tho I am a young 46 year old person. I would have never known any of this if it was not for my ex husband who has continuously studied so many aspects of the laws of these united States of America. There are several meanings of the United States. The U.S. is the Corperate structure that we were defrauded into believing was a free enterprise. Everything you think you own, you don’t. It is all state owned as in for instance, your car which you think is your car even tho it’s bought and paid for thru your hard earned labor. The title that you are given is a State title supposedly granting you ownership. So you think. You have to have a license which is granted by the state for the priveledge to drive their property and the insurance to protect their property which is of course the car and YOU, that’s why you MUST wear a seat belt. God forbid they lost you in the accident cause now they lost revenue. It is so absolutely crazy how they figured this all out but they did and now it’s all a money making drain the people of everything scheme that we’ve allowed to happen. You can’t escape and really go to another country cause the New World Order is taking affect just as we speak and has been for decades. They just had to sneak all of this in gradually and by using mental tactics to devert our thoughts in other directions, like football, baseball, golfing, mostly all man made sports so the men of this country who are suppose to be our strength in supporting our families and jobs & to protect us from foreign and domestic enemies….. I always said you want to start World War 3, just take away the sports in this country and then you’ll see allot of tetesterone flying all over the place. I’m not saying that all the men of this country have let it happen, but you take the majority of this country in Sports and you can see where it lies….They would rather protect there fun, then to protect what is right for their country and make the Laws of the Constitution stand strong and steady. I am doing all I can do to prepare for what lies ahead. You all should watch: The Matrix News Network on cable t.v. or look them up on the internet which it use to be called OUTTHERET.V.COM. Non Controlled media. They have very informative guests that have been involved somehow thru government and eventually got out cause of what they seen was taking place The Matrix news were out of Pahrump,NV. but moved to California. Also Go to Zazzle .com and check out all there stickers. RON PAUL FOR PRESIDENT 2012. The other great one I got was RON PAUL TOLD YOU SO…….The other is RON PAUL WAS RIGHT. There are some great one’s to try to wake the masss and mutitudes up. What a great advertisement dispalay to go all over for people to read. I just ordered over $150.00 on Credit card and am pasting it all over the car I drive. I have already professionally painted Aaron Russo’s :America Freedom to Fascism and Zeitgeistmovie.com and the new part 2 ZeitgeistAddendum.com that I heard on the Matrix News announced last week. Tells you exactly what is taking place with this new presidential administration. No different then the Bush administration just another paid off official to do the undercover governments work thru the world bankers that own and trun us all. Then I have written all on my back window and 2 side windows :WAKE UP AMERICA with those sights painted underneath. You all need to see 911 Coincidence on YOU TUBE. 17 part series. It is absolutlely chilling to know what government can do and totally make you think the opposite to what is the truth. You be the judge but also know that with it you will shed many tears to watch OUR PEOPLE FALL TO THEIR DEATH for what corruptedness was behind it all. You all need to really help do your part. WE are rapidly loosing every aspect and ounce of our freedoms. I am sure after I paste these stickers on my car that I may be possibly harrassed by the authorities, They don’t want you educated and knowing the truth and they sure as hell don’t want you speading it around. But my attitude, I don’t care anymore what they say or what other’s think or say cause it all boils down to if you think that history can’t repeat itself, think again. As far as what happened in Germany to the Jews is as close to what can happen to this country, I’m outta here…..I want back what I use to feel in the day of a sense of togetherness and Unity and was PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN…..No More Wars ever again either…..They are senseless and such a horrific sufferings to all. GODSPEED ,Lynda

Here’s how to put this issue to rest once and for all: Gather a group of the most brilliant tax attorneys in the country. File a class action lawsuit in the state courts. Have anyone who wants to be part of the lawsuit sign up and donate five bucks apiece to be placed into a trust account that would be used for legal fees. Appeal it to the Supreme Court and force them to finally rule on the issue.

  35. Robert G. Lasheff on March 20th, 2009 12:22 am

Dear Susan, Although unpleasant to read and even more difficult to believe, the articles that follow are accurate. I Knew some of this people and it really defies our understanding that such things are allowed to occur anywhere much less in our America. ISSUE PRIORITY”S

We absolutely must force a great deal of accountability on our Judiciary, The Constitution indicates that Congress does have the power to do this yet, they have not in over 40 some odd years of this terror. Why? This is all over the Intranet and in magazines and newspapers almost every day. And now I myself am being set up to be added to this list?
A SMALL COMMEMORATIVE FROM THE EVER EXPANDING INTERNATIONAL BOOK OF THE DEAD OR IMPRISONED. Is Our Family Court System Causing Blood in the Streets? by Judy Parejko, M.S.© 2002 Judy Parejko Robert Flores walked onto the campus of the University of Arizona at Tucson and opened fire on three of his female instructors, murdering them in cold blood. In his 22-page letter, discovered later by investigators, Flores sketches the story of his failed marriage, poor health and the slights he perceived from a nursing school he claimed treated male students as “tokens.” In the Washington area, accused sniper, John Muhammad, targeted innocent people, shooting them down like prey. His 17-year-old accomplice, John Malvo, was also believed to have pulled the trigger. The story reveals at least three divorces — two were Muhammad’s and one was Malvo’s parents — as well as several child custody battles. It’s not politically correct to connect the dots but it’s time for someone to begin. Could it be that our family court system is causing blood in the streets? Somehow, these men came unhinged — turned into killers. Why? That’s the question we all want answered. A common theme running through both cases is alienation from family. Could it be time to take a good hard look at how we handle cases in family court? Can we afford not to? “Failed marriage” is code for “hopelessness” — the understanding that quick-and-expedient divorce is firmly in place. In fact, there’s no way to stop a divorce or get help for a troubled marriage, including the anger that can be so corrosive to relationships no matter how hard someone begs for it. And “child custody” is code for the coveted spoils of divorce. The court’s work is to sever family ties and the unforeseen consequences can sometimes be deadly. A family court hearing is a grim event. While most who are forcefully divorced or shut out of their kids’ lives somehow learn to cope, others begin to simmer, reaching a boiling point that can culminate in regrettable acts. Dismantling families — taking them apart and dividing up the pieces — is easier than providing needed help so that estranged spouses might restore their troubled marriages. And, by dealing with family distress in this way, we’ve unwittingly invited the grim reaper to play a larger role in our lives. The carnage of family breakdown is spilling out of the courtrooms and into our daily lives. The victims are no longer simply family members — gunned down by their desperate loved ones — but increasingly include innocent bystanders. The divorce mill casts its victims aside, leaving men like Flores and Muhammad unmoored from their families and unhitched from society. Cut off, lost at sea, they send out distress signals through their aggressive acts when life starts closing in on them — but no one heeds them. And when the “system” told Muhammad — like so many other men — he could no longer be a father, even if he fought for it, battled for custody and went so far as to “steal” his kids, he snapped. The story of Muhammad’s unraveling from a family man into a serial killer is not understood yet, but his story, like others, points to an alarming association between the loss of family connection and outlaw-behavior. “Family court” is a euphemism. In reality it is an insidious monster that takes chopped-up pieces of families and packages them into neat and manageable little bundles called “custody” and “visitation.” But, we reap what we sow, and blood spilled in court is leading to bloodshed in the streets. What we have is the worst possible response to family distress. Instead of offering compassion and helping hands, family courts evict fathers from their children’s lives, also cutting

off contact with the ones who might — along with skilled assistance — calm such troubled men. The “medicine” for distressed relationships is available but we fail to offer it, either because we don’t care enough or because we aren’t ready to face the awful truth of what was created in the name of justice. For those who face the family court system and hope for a humane response, no plea for mercy will be heard. “One size fits all” is the current scheme called “no-fault divorce” — another euphemism, which really is code for “forced” divorce. Troubled marriages are snuffed out by officials in black robes who say they are given no other choice. This place called “court” was turned into a “Ministry of Divorce” since making “judgments” are no longer made there and divorces are “administered” as rubber-stamped foregone conclusions. Divorce and family disputes are merely viewed as “legal” problems — business-deals brokered by the well-paid officials handling them. No crisis-response is offered to the casualties that show up. No ambulance. No trauma team. No hospital. Only harsh and heavy-handed tactics used to finish off the job. It’s too sordid to look at things this way — that family court carnage might be responsible for the carnage on the streets — and most people will find every reason not to. Angrily waving court documents, 43 year-old Derrick Miller walked up to court personnel at the entrance, said “You did this to me,” and shot himself in the head. Miller is one of 300,000 Americans who have taken their own lives over the past decade–as many Americans as were killed in combat in World War II. America is in the throes of a largely unrecognized suicide epidemic, as suicide has become the eighth leading cause of death in the United States today, and the third leading cause of death among adolescents. All Americans recognize that our country is rife with violent crime, but few know that 50% more Americans kill themselves than are murdered. Who is committing suicide? For the most part, men. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, males commit suicide four times as often as females do, and have higher suicide rates in every age group. There are many risk factors for suicide, including substance abuse and mental illness, but the two situations in which men are most likely to kill themselves are after the loss of a job, and after a divorce. Because our society strongly defines manhood as the ability to work and provide for one’s loved ones, unemployed men often see themselves as failures and as burdens to their families. Thus it is not surprising that while there is no difference in the suicide rate of employed and unemployed women, the suicide rate of unemployed men is twice that of employed men. It is for this reason that economic crises generally lead to male suicide epidemics. During the Midwest farm crisis of the 1980s, for example, the suicide rate of male farmers tripled. A sharp increase in male suicide occurred after the destruction of Flint, Michigan’s 70 year-old auto industry, as documented in the disturbing 1989 film “Roger and Me.” Some suicide experts fear a rise in suicide related to our current economic downturn. The other most common suicide victims are divorced and/or estranged fathers like Derrick Miller. In fact, a divorced father Is ten times more likely to commit suicide than a divorced mother, and three times more likely to commit suicide than a married father. According to Los Angeles divorce consultant Jayne Major: “Divorced men are often devastated by the loss of their children. It’s a little known fact that in the United States men initiate only a small number of the divorces involving children. Most of the men I deal with never saw their divorces coming, and they are often treated very unfairly by the family courts.” According to Sociology Professor Augustine Kposow of the University of California at Riverside, “The link between men and their children is often severed because the woman is usually awarded custody. A man may not get to see his children, even with visitation rights. As far as the man is concerned, he has lost his marriage and lost his children and that can lead to depression and suicide.” There have been a rash of father suicides directly related to divorce and mistreatment by the family courts over the past few years. For example, New York City Police Officer Martin Romanchick, a Medal of Honor recipient, hung himself after being denied access to his children and being arrested 15 times on charges brought by his ex-wife, charges the courts deemed frivolous. Massachusetts father Steven Cook, prevented from seeing his daughter by a protection order based upon unfounded allegations, committed suicide after he was jailed for calling his four-year-old daughter on the wrong day of the week. Darrin White, a Canadian father who was stripped of the right to see his children and was about to be jailed after failing to pay a child support award tantamount to twice his take home pay, hung himself. His 14 year-old daughter Ashlee later wrote to her nation’s Prime Minister, saying, “this country’s justice system has robbed me of one of the most precious gifts in my life, my father.” We’ll never know exactly why Derrick Miller took his life and if his suicide could have been prevented. What we do know is that male suicide is one of America’s most serious public health issues, and it is time to address it. http://www.GlennJSacks.com and the list goes on & on & on on.———————————————————– ACCOUNTABILITY NONE——————————————– Associated Press 4/6 Divorced fathers snap under pressure One divorced father committed suicide on the steps of San Diego’s courthouse, another set his car afire outside Alaska’s child-support office. Others, in an all-too-common scenario, killed their ex-wives, their children, then themselves. Men who snap in such violent ways have few defenders. Yet fathers’ rights groups, joined by a few academic experts, see a common denominator in these recent bursts of rage, and ask whether America’s family court system could be partly at fault by deepening the despair of many divorced men. “None of these guys are poster children,” said Lowell Jaks, president of the Alliance for Non-Custodial Parents Rights. “But when you cause this much pain to so many men, there are going to be repercussions. A certain percentage are going to crack.” Mr. Jaks has even distributed newspaper articles to his organization’s members noting the problems with child custody and child support that angered John Allen Muhammad, accused of being the Washington-area sniper, and Robert S. Flores Jr., who killed three University of Arizona nursing professors before killing himself. “Some guys kill themselves, some snap and go out and kill others,” Mr. Jaks said. “You can dismiss them as crackpots, you can say we need more protection for women, but it’s not going to take away the problem.” Frustrations over child support and visitation figured in several tragic incidents across the country. Among them: . In San Diego, a man upset by a court ruling on overdue child support fatally shot himself in January on the courthouse steps. Witnesses said Derrick K. Miller Sr., 43, who was carrying court documents, told a guard, “You did this to me,” before killing himself. . In Anchorage, Alaska Jed Magby, 43, set his Mercedes afire in October outside the offices of the state’s Child Support Enforcement Division, apparently because of claims that he owed $55,000 for out-of-state child support orders. He faces charges of arson and criminal mischief. . In Erie, Pa., Stephen Trieber, 33, was sentenced to death in October for killing his 2-year-old daughter by setting his house on fire in order to get out of paying $250 a month in child support. . In February, James D. Smallwood Jr. killed his three children, who lived with his estranged wife in Throckmorton, Texas, but were visiting him for one night. Smallwood drove back to Throckmorton with the dead children in his car, then killed himself when he heard sirens approaching. A judge ruled earlier that Smallwood, who had been accused of making threats, could have the children on “quasi-supervised” visitations. Augustine Kposowa, a sociologist at the University of California-Riverside, has conducted studies concluding suicide rates among divorced men are much higher than for divorced women or married men. He attributes the difference to what happens in family courts. “The man loses his marriage, then he loses a second time when child custody is granted to the woman,” he said. “Unless something is done, by examining family laws and having new policies to aid men, the situation is bound to get worse.” Extrapolating from Mr. Kposowa’s research, fathers’ rights activist David Roberts contends that child-support orders - part of what he calls “the war on fathers” - contribute to the suicides of more than 30,000 divorced fathers each year. Outside the fathers’ rights ranks, others acknowledge that divorce and custody procedures are often imperfect. IF NOT MORE CLEARLY CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT & CORRUPT

.NO AMERICAN should be forced to go before a bias Court, Civil, Criminal or any court of corrupted law alone and without Moral and Law abiding council only to be persecuted for perhaps decade’s .This is not simply Un- American it is in fact In- Humane. If there is no respect for the Law in our Courts then how long can We The People deny our responsibility to act and restore that law as is our responsibility. In accordance with the Supreme Law of this Nation the U.S. CONSTITUTION .”It is sad comment that the public is so uneducated, unconcerned and blinded to the TRUTH by the media, and that the Judiciary of our once great Nation has been allowed to sink to these depths. And while I say that the conditions that exist today can be laid at one doorstep, that of the Judiciary, I must ultimately say that the fault really lies at our feet, We the People, for it is We the People who have allowed the foxes to guard the henhouse.” — Robert H. Bork, Judge, Supreme Court Nominee & Professor of Law

What about the U.S. Declaration of Insolvency filed by Paul Andrew Mitchell in the Eastern District Bankruptcy Court of Washington State? This declaration issues an automatic stay on all federal reserve notes and prohibits the IRS from using any authority to collect income taxes. Please advise as to the authenticity of this declaration. Here is a link to the document.

Tommy Cryer has filed a petition in Tax Court because the IRS claims That he earned almost $4 million over 9 years but failed to file any tax returns, and so owes $1,700,000 in tax, interest, and penalties. Tax Court Docket No. 008118-09 (www.ustaxcourt.gov).

I think I’m going to wait to see if he can win that case before trusting that he knows how to beat the IRS.

    Dear Robert,

I was skeptical. Now I’m outraged. You should be, too.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has labeled you, a member of the pro-life community, THE MOST DANGEROUS DOMESTIC TERRORIST.

The DHS warning entitled: ”Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” is so troubling that at first, I actually didn’t believe that Homeland Security could issue such a document.

But it’s true. We’ve verified it. And make no mistake, this unconstitutional report raises serious questions about the leadership and direction of the agency charged with protecting Americans in the ongoing battle against terrorism.

Why would the Department of Homeland Security single out groups like pro-life supporters when they should be focusing on identifying and apprehending the real terrorists - like al-Qaeda - groups that have vowed to destroy America?

This characterization is not only offensive to millions of Americans who hold constitutionally-protected views opposing abortion - but also raises serious concerns about the political agenda of an agency with a mandate to protect America.

I encourage you to watch my interview on FOX News to find out more about this troubling issue … you won’t believe how the government has singled out conservatives, Christians - and even our veterans - as dangerous to our country.

And stay tuned … we’re not going to take this lying down! Listen live to my radio broadcasts this week and next week as we discuss the scope of this finding by the Department of Homeland Security - as well as its dangerous precedent.

Next week, I’ll let you know how you can engage this issue … and personally get involved in this fight for the sake of your First Amendment rights.

Thank you for your membership in the ACLJ and for supporting and defending our rights. God bless you.

My Dear Countrymen; Even after over a decade of growing awareness regarding all branches of our government and their ever expanding greed for power and control in establishing their New World Order; It still came as a very shocking and painful sucker punch when I heard it direct from the horses mouth. Yesterday, April 17th, 2009 in telephone conversations with both an agent of the FBI and a Congresswoman’s staffer I was told (in their own language) that there was no such thing as the U.S. Constitution. Further, I was told that indeed our Judiciary ,to include the bulk of our entire legal system was immune from prosecution, unassailable, unaccountable or simply above the Law. And as we can all see and hear this now holds true for both our Legislators and certainly our Executive branch. The American People and good people the world over including their loving innocent CHILDREN mean less then nothing to these insane Tyrants. Believe me my friends for at Least the last half century Good Men ,Women and yes, even Children are loosing their very lives because of this and many more are living agonizing wretched lives due to Bureaucratic abuses. People, The New World Order is nothing new, history demonstrates this time and again . Our governments are at WAR with everything we hold dear, yet what are we doing that is fully appropriate to the very real threat ? May almighty God be with us all and in truth “Save us From Ourselves”.
